Sydney Leathers Flaunts Post-Plastic Surgery Body

Anthony Weiner's former sexting partner has something else to reveal: her new body.
The 23-year-old college student, who tarnished Weiner's mayoral campaign with her account of their digital affair, underwent a trio of plastic surgeries, including a breast augmentation, liposuction and a nose job.

Leathers let cameras from Inside Edition in on the makeover, which totaled $40,000 and took place over five hours in a single day.

Post-surgery photos show her frolicking on a beach in Malibu, showing off her new curves in a skimpy red bikini.

Park Avenue plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman siphoned nearly 5 lbs. of fat from Leathers' midsection and took her breasts from a C cup to a D.

Leathers let 'Inside Edition' film the five-hour surgery.

"Ohhh breast implants, how I love thee. Let me count the ways... (special thanks to @nycplasticsurg for my new chest!) :)" Leathers tweeted Sunday.

Dr. Richard Westreich performed the nose job, telling Leathers "we're going to take down this bump a little."

Leathers also got her teeth whitened by cosmetic dentist Dr. Shawn Sadri.

Breast augmentations and nose jobs are still among the most popular plastic surgeries in the U.S., according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Both procedures were performed over 200,000 times in 2012.

But evidence on whether plastic surgery improves attractiveness and makes recipients happier and is mixed.

While a study by German and Swiss researchers published in March found that plastic surgery boosted happiness and self-confidence for women who went in without "unreasonable" expectations, a different study published in JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery last month reported facelift surgeries didn't increase overall attractiveness as rated by others, and only made older people look about three years younger.

Leathers seemed buoyant Monday, tweeting her thanks to her surgeons with the hashtag "#sohappy."
The Indiana native's moment in the spotlight hasn't been all sunshine.

The budding porn starlet - who starred in an adult feature based on her exploits called "Weiner And Me" - learned last month that her partner in the film, actor Xander Corvus, had unprotected sex with an actress who later tested positive for HIV.

"No one should have to go through what I've been going through," Leathers, who tested negative in a follow-up, said at the time.

She used the moment to stump for safer sex.

Leathers thanked Anthony Weiner for her new body, saying 'I'm sure he will be a huge fan of it.'

“Aside from testing, I do think the industry should get on board with condoms after this recent scare,” she said. “Even if it turns out to be an isolated incident, why not go the extra step to protect performers?”

Prior to her porn debut, Leathers' manager Gina Rodriguez told Howard Stern the wannabe starlet needed "sexing up" in order to boost her adult film career, saying she would help "get [LEATHERS] some new big boobs."

Leathers told Inside Edition she's still the same person on the inside post-surgery—"The same, but new and improved."

She couldn't resist a parting jab at Weiner.

"Thanks to Anthony Weiner I have the body I always wanted and I'm sure he will be a huge fan of it," she said.
