Start the applause! Victoria Beckham was last night awarded Woman of the Decade, at Glamour magazine's Women of the Year Awards.

Taking to the stage to collect her trophy and title from Burberry creative chief Christopher Bailey, VB said, "I love to celebrate women. Girl power. It's great when women support women. We need more women out there supporting women."
