Lamar Odom Reportedly Enters Rehab

Lamar Odom, the "Khloe & Lamar" star better known as a professional basketball player, has checked into rehab, according to a report out late Wednesday.

Two sources confirmed to People magazine that Odom, husband to Khloe Kardashian Odom, checked himself into a treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction. "He realized he needs help," one source said.

Odom, 33, was seen cabbing it around the L.A. area over the weekend, according to TMZ, which points out that the entry to rehab must have happened between the weekend and the People report.
The magazine did not say when Odom entered rehab, or where he is.

According to the website, the NBA free agent's wife didn't know her husband had taken the rehab route -- they reportedly haven't spoken since she gave him an ultimatum: rehab or we're done, TMZ said.

There has been no reaction on Kardashian Odom's Twitter page, though she tweeted Sunday, "As much as I wish I were made of steel ... I'm not. I'm pretty damn close to it though hehe."
